Easter and my ouch!

This year we spent Easter in St. George. It was a beautiful weekend. Jarom's brother Ryan and his family came down to St. George to spend the weekend with everyone. It was so much fun to see them and to spend time with them. Here is a cute picture that my sister-in-law Savanah took of all the grandchildren after the Easter egg hunt. Aren't they cute? Of course I'm a little biased.

Here they are running through the sprinkler at our house.  Yes...that is grass that you see.  Can you believe it we have a yard?  Only in the front but hey it's more than we have had.

***This next photo is not for the faint hearted.  A few weeks ago I fell as I was walking up the stairs at work.  Yes, it was very embarrassing.  But what was more embarrassing was that I ended up needing stitches.  Somehow when I fell my knee hit the edge of the stairs just right and split it open.  So I had to go into work med for them to stitch it up.  Here is the before and after photo.  It is feeling better now but it sure hurt.  The only good thing is that I didn't have to pay for it since I was on work time.  But now I have a nice scar on my knee.  Good times huh?

What was so cute was that my sister-in-law Kambria's little boy Gus has been very obsessed with my knee.  Each time I see him he asks to see and wants to hear the story over and over.  One time he told me that I needed to be more careful.  He cracks me up.  He's such a cute little guy!
