I am the X-Factor!

So I don't know if I should be embarrassed or not, but I am an in the closet American Idol viewer. It's the only reality TV show that I watch. It's pretty much the only television that I watch. (And the only reason for that is the blessing of DVR). For those of you who don't' watch, there is a member of the church, Brooke White, that is on the show this year and I love her! On Tuesday night she didn't do such a good thing. She started to preform her song and stopped and started over. Probably not such a good idea this late in the contest. Well, Jarom was sure that she was gone. I was convinced that she wouldn't be. I have yet to vote for anyone on American Idol this season, so to prove to Jarom that she would be on the show another week I voted. Not just once either. I'm not quite sure how many times I voted, but it was quite a bit. Every time Jarom would tell me that she was off the show the redial button would be pushed and I would hear the words: "Thanks for voting for contestant three. Tune in tomorrow night for the results show of America Idol" (Yes, I think that I did it enough to memorize the recording). I even bet Jarom that he would have to make me dinner I was so sure that she wasn't going to be voted off. Well...last night was the results show and sure enough Brooke is still on another week. I can taste my food right now. I hope Jarom makes something good. He got to be careful who he's making wagers with!
