OvErLoAd!

I know it's been a while since I posted last. I just haven't wanted to take the time to sit down and do a post. I finally decided that today was the day. I have picture overload. I've got a few Christmas photos as well as some random ones.

Yes...we are still living in St. George with Jarom's parents. Jarom has gotten a contract job with a firm in Salt Lake City that is looking to expand into St. George. Things are looking really good with that and we are just waiting to get things figured out and then we will hopefully get into a place of our own. I'm still working for my home care/ hospice job and recently just applied for and interviewed with the hospital here in St. George. We are hoping that job will work out for me.

Other news in our life? Well, we were 9 weeks pregnant but I recently had a miscarriage. We hadn't really told too many people that we were pregnant. For some reason I just was very hesitant to share the news. Maybe that was why? I was going to try and pass the baby on my own but last Friday I ended up going in for an emergency D & C because I was bleeding pretty bad. Not good times at our house. I am doing better now and I'm feeling pretty much back to normal although every now and again I get sad thinking about the baby that we would have had. We were due on August 25, 2011. Hopefully things will work out for us and we will be pregnant again shortly. I just have trust in Heavenly Father. He knows what is best for us and our life.

Allie was so sick last Monday. This photo really doesn't show how sick she really was. She ended up with a really bad ear infection. It's only the 2nd one that she has ever had. Both times this is how her eyes have looked.

Last weekend Ryan and Savanah came down. It was so much fun. We put all the grandchildren in the great big tub in grandma's bathroom to play. As you can see Allie wasn't enjoying it. She was getting splashed on by all the "mean" boys. She's such a tender heart.

A few weeks ago I got in the shower. I noticed that things were a little quite with Allie. I just thought that she was really into her play. Instead she had fallen asleep on the floor. I thought she would wake up once I was out of the shower and moving around in the room. NOPE...I was able to blow dry my hair, put my makeup on, and get dressed. She didn't even stir until I woke her up. She must have been one tired little girl. I should note that it was only 10:45 in the morning.

This is Allie sporting her new coat that Grandma Leslee gave her for Christmas. She is a little obsessed with putting her hands in her pockets right now. It's pretty cute!

Here is Allie with Grandma Connie and Grandpa Mike. Allie sure loves all her grandparents.

Each year at Christmas we take a family photo for a Christmas book that my mother-in-law made us when we were engagaed. It sure is fun to see how we change each year. This is our photo for 2010.

Not the best picture of me. This is Jarom and I on New Years Eve. We spent in in Logan with my family but everyone went to bed except Jarom and I. Here we are with our sparkling cider at 12:00am on January 1, 2011.

Allie just being her cute adorable self. I just had to throw this photo in there because.

Here she looks all innocent and cute. Really she's a little stinker but you would never believe it with this photo would you?

This is Allie on Christmas morning playing with her baby and stroller. She didn't get Christmas at all this year. We didn't even get out of bed until around 8:30am. Gotta enjoy that while we can.

Ridding on Thomas the train that Grandma Leslee bought for the grandchildren to play with at her house.

This is an old cupboard that was my grandma's (Allie's great-grandma Paskett's) that we stripped, and refinished for Christmas. I had some after photo's of it that got deleted. I will have to take another photo and post it later. She loves to play with it and I'm so glad that she will have something that belongs to her great-grandmother. It's a fun memory to have.

Allie just being Allie. Gosh I love this little girl and her smiles. She's growing up so fast. It makes me kind of sad.

Allie loves, loves cupcakes. Here she is making a mess of a cupcake that she ate for breakfast. Yes...I let her have it. Don't judge me please.

Our little cow girl. She loves to play on this rocking horse that my parents have at their house.

What some super cute pics. It's interesting that you were pregnant, for some reason i had this feeling you were and kept waiting for you to post about it. So sorry your miscarriage, that has to be so hard. Hang in there and know that I'm thinking about you. We need to meet up again when possible, it's been too long. I'm not sure when we'll be out in Utah again, but I'll keep you posted.
