It's my 1st BiRtHdAy!

Monday was Allie's 1st birthday! I can't believe that little Allie has been in our family for one whole year. The time has gone so fast. It was also Memorial day. That made it fun because Jarom didn't have to work either. We went for a drive up the canyon during the day and then that evening we had a little BBQ and birthday party for Allie. My sister and her family and my parents were there to celebrate it with us. It was fun. Of course Allie didn't get what was going on at all but that's okay. We still had fun celebrating. Here she is eating her own cake. We just let her at it. We got a good laugh because at first she was very timid about the whole thing but she soon got into it and was a mess in no time. The pictures will show it. She would say Um mm...every time she would put her hands in her mouth.

Time for the clean up. What is the best way to clean up a messy baby with cake all over?

Strip her down and put her in the kitchen sink. She thought it was great! Allie had a very happy birthday and we look forward to another year of adventures with her. Love you Allie!
