Making the news....

Yes...this is where I work. Click on the link above to read about the whole story. Today was no ordinary day at work for me. I got here and talk about chaos. Lucky I got here after the spill had occurred. They sent a lot of the staff home but those of us that are considered patient care staff were the lucky ones that got to stick around until we were able to go back into our offices. Let me tell you...the smell that is still here is not pleasant. It wreaks of bleach(chlorine). I'm actually a little surprised that National Jewish didn't just close down for the day since we are a respiratory hospital and we deal with patients in respiratory distress. I have mild asthma and it has been somewhat bothered. I can't imagine what it must be like for the patients that have severe respiratory problems. Oh well, I'm not the one in charge. It defiantly was an exciting day here at National Jewish. Happy Monday friends!

Wow, I had read about it on the news but had no idea you worked there! I hope the stinky smell go's away soon.
