Going to the dentist is something that Jarom and I have been putting off for a few years now. Neither one of us had dental insurance while we were in graduate school. Now that I have a "real" job Jarom and I have dental insurance. I decided it was time for us to go to the dentist. It's been three years for me and Jarom thinks four years for him. I know kind of yucky. Anyway, we have a dental appointments tomorrow for a check-up and cleaning. Since I've scheduled the dental appointment we have been very good about keeping up with our flossing. I found this comic and it made me laugh because it's almost the same conversation that Jarom and I had the other night when we were getting ready for bed. How many of us really floss our teeth to prevent gum disease? Do we really floss because we don't to be humiliated by the dental hygienist? I really hate going to the dentist!

This is Bridget..Jarom's cousin. I love looking at your blog--always something new!! We didn't go to the dentist for so long (like 3 years) because we didn't have dental insurance. When I got a normal job with dental insurance..we went and I was so scared we would have so many cavities and stuff wrong and we came out with NOTHING wrong!! What a blessing! Hope the same happened for you too!! Oh and p.s. I never floss! lol.
