Spring is here!

It's spring time and I have the spring gardening bug in me. I've been inside all winter and am ready to be outdoors.
This year instead of planting all my garden stuff in pots, I have a little bit of dirt that I can play in at our apartment. Last night I went to Wal-mart to make a few gardening purchases. I bought a little children's shovel, flowers, a tomato plant, potting soil, and gardening gloves. I'm all ready to go. I was so excited that last night when I got home I had to try out my little shovel in the strip of dirt on our deck. I also pruned the rose bush that probably hasn't been pruned for years. I can't wait to be done with work so I can go home and work on the project that I started last night. I even bought zucchini seeds to plant this year so we can have fresh zucchini from the garden. I wouldn't be a true Mormon wife if I didn't have zucchini in my garden now would I? It's going to be yummy! Hopefully I'll do good with these tomato gardening tips.
